Better pictures, huzzah!
A custom cast wuff, made for goiku of DA. :) He's got metallic gold eyes, and some hand-dying along his back to give him a darker cape stripe. REALLY like the way this fur combo turned out; his sides are a really neat fur that's dark grey at its base, but fades up to white so it gives a neat sense of depth.
Obviously fully poseable, made with plastic armature & cast resin hands head & feet.
A custom like this guy would run $225, or we have a couple pre-made wolves available for $200. :) Bear in mind these guys come with a lifetime warranty. If anything busts under regular wear conditions, we'll always fix 'em.

You know, now that you mention it I can see the resemblance! Particularly when they're looking down. Honestly, I'd LOVE to make a proper thylacine; we just ordered some extremely short fur for a couple commission projects that would work too...just not the right colour. You're right though, the paws wouldn't cut it- and I think thylacines have quite a different leg proportion as well from what I remember.
Well... maybe if I save up sometime, I could commission you for a full sculpture, or so! Yeah, their legs are pretty different, being marsupials and all. I studied them for drawings and Karpour and I collected all reference we could find, so if you're ever interested I can send you the folder.
I also need to get a bat from you someday :O they're so cute! If I ever get a fully custom commission from you though I thiiink i'd get an aye-aye, they'd totally work for sculpted dolls like this!
