gen #1 poison pokemon
this is a project i've been working on for several months forThe Speedgamers.
The Speedgamers are a group of gamers who (as the name implies) play through games really fast. While they do this, they raise money for charities. It's like a Walk For the Cure except it's a Game For The Cure.
they do several marathons per year, and this year in the summer they'll be doing a pokemon themed one. this painting (along with many other awesome, awesome prizes) will be raffled off to people who help out and donate.
The charity the pokemon marathon is raising money for is an ACT Today, which is a charity that helps kids and familys living with autism! it's a pretty swank charity. i can think of few better.

and yes, i will be painting poison pokemon from the other generations as well.

no, the actual painting does lean heavily towards the cool end of the colours because a lot of poison pokemon are shades of purple (and as we all remember from art class, purple involves mixing in some blue) and green (which also involves mixing in some blue if you'll recall)
it's that the colours themselves aren't as vibrant once the scanner gets done with them.

But seriously this is awesome. And I probably woulda got the ref had I got into pokemon, but, yanno, POKEMONS ARE TOTALLY SATAN WORSHIPPING DEMONS YANNO :U
Ha. Anyhow, seriously this whole huge thing and ALL the poison types being here is legit. You mixed the cooler colors well and balanced it with the brighter colored pokemons.
BASICALLY I'm SAYING YOU DID A BADASS JOB

I'm so bad at talking to people though. xD And so sorry if this comes off as creeperific, I'm ummm...not in an entirely stable state of mind. Stable enough to think kinda clear and not want to appear like a creeper! At least there is that. <3)
