No... it was a weapon design for the mod for Doom 3 called Doom 3 Fortress:

I think Twilight should go for a "Type-50 Sniper Rifle System" found in -> http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Type-50_.....r_Rifle_System <- instead, for it would make her a way more perfect sniper than that railgun would!
Well, it has its ups and downs, but overall, I consider it a wonderful weapon from the Quake series, it's not featured on "normal" Doom games, the one depicted here is for a mod for Doom 3 called "Doom 3 Fortress" or just "D3F", but I haven't been able to find info about that ^^;

Personally, I don't like the design of the Quake 4 RG, I haven't tried yet, but I have heard not very positive reviews about it:
