This is Typhoon, Haven's sea weapon in my RP with  candykittycat

He is a Sealion who has the ability to change into a harpoon which Haven uses to fight with. When not in weapon form Typhoon can act and move as he pleases. Haven must keep him in weapon form while at port for Typhoon is a scary sight to citizens. He primarily eats fish and other sea life but will occasionally be spoiled by Haven with some actual cooked food. Haven must keep his rum and other alcohol safely put away for Typhoon has acquired a taste for it
