I'm going to have to take a good healed picture of it some time, it's even more fabulous now that the colors have settled down together. I'm looking forward to getting some more things done on my upper arm so I can fill in the background and have a cohesive half sleeve. This guy is just sort of stuck on there, but I don't want to do filler until I get all the larger piece I want.
Thank you so much, I'm very proud of to be sportin' it!

Among other things, yes. You'll see (comparatively really shitty) sketch of this in my gallery called "But first they must catch you"
I've wanted a rabbit tattoo for quite awhile. My original idea was a dead rabbit with a plant, like dandelions or something, growing out of it, but I already have a dog skull so I figured we didn't need to be quite so morbid with this.
The first album that really got me into music was Dark Side of The Moon, I picked it out of my parents record collection based on the cover, and was blown away. I love the song "Breathe" and it has lyrics that reference a rabbit, so there's one bit of inspiration.
Of course there's Watership Down, which is a fantastic book and I really enjoyed it.
One of the main reasons I wanted a rabbit though is because I some how associate them with dreams. My best friend and I used to ride our bikes around town before dawn and we were totally alone except for the rabbits. It was very surreal.
The burst around the foot is because I'm an incredibly lucky person in all facets of my life, and I dislocated my left leg about a year and a half ago in a car wreck, so I'm pretty lucky still have that foot at all!
