Well, after working through tons of TF designs, and stuff over the past few months, I think my brain needed a little change. 
renonvesir is an artist that I have know for a really long time now, and I absolutely love her character designs, especially of her mewtwo pokemorph named Zero.
One day chatting with her, my brain just wandered of on a thought to design my own, part of the same series as Zero, but different, in both powers and well personality. As you can see, his psychokinetic abilities are a bit inaccurate, but more stuff like that to come later. In general Hexi's pretty relaxed about things, likes skateboarding, just... when he doesn't shred his own board with his power...
I also thought it would be a good excuse to fiddle with colors too. Drawn in pen, inked and colored in SAI. I might screw around with shading on this, not sure yet. Hope you like.
