Sad part is now that its a historical biulding, its next to impossible to update anything cheaply. THis has all the makings for a foundry to move in and start operating with some basic maintenence. Toss in the "historical' notation, and its years of sitting more empty while they debate if the screws are 'period'. Id Love to operate that foundry, in such a place. There IS still a need here in the us for such things.. In fact we had the brake shoes for the Loco's cast there till they closed.
Its rather sad.
