This cut out badge goes to  Alshline whom commissioned me for a steam punk cut-out badge while at FWA.

I make these badges out of pieces of paper that I cut up and paste back together to make the character! :3 Yes... every detail from the goggles to the tiny buttons on his vest and spats are tiny pieces of paper that have been cut out. The background is not a part of the actual badge, and is just there to better show the character. n.n

This is also the LAST day I will accept commissions, cut-paper or other. I am closing my commissions permanently and today will be THE LAST day to note me for a quote on a piece. Soooo.... yeah. :3 that is all.
