Cool character. No he's not praying, just holding hands together.
I varied my technique somewhat. I went with thinner lines, and left them black. Tell me what you think.

wow sweet mix i wonder if drawnas hatchling will come out like that she is white and the male dragon she was with was black oh well only time will tell great job on this i like the detail and color

Wow. The effect is really nice, Lyso! I'd call this one of your best works; the black lines work equally well on the white and black halves of the character.

And the character concept itself is quite cool.

I like. The thinner lines leave him somewhat more defined for some reason. The colouring split looks fantastic. :X)

I can't explain why, but this picture is so awesome.

To me, on first impression it doesn't look like the dragon is praying, since his fingers are spread out. Just thought you might want to know that opinion. ^_^

I meant for the fingers to spread out. I got that part, but I wanted them contacting at about a 45 degree angle, but I could not get it to look right.
