I went to San Diego over the weekend and we went to a ranch area and I saw all these horses. They were so lovely.

As I walked further down the road I came across a white horse. As I approached the fence she came over to me. I wasn't sure if I could pet her because I didn't want to get bit. So in a soft voice I gently talked to her, I said hello and told her that I thought she was very beautiful and if it was ok for me to pet her. After a few minutes she stretched her head out over the fence towards me and she let me stroke her muzzle. Afterwards I thanked her and waved goodbye.

It made me really happy that she was nice to me.
