Croped tail but not ears? never seen that combo before. Usually one goes with both or none.

Yep, because when I got him, it wasn't illegal to crop his tail,while it was for the ears

So do I, but I'd never do such a thing to my dog and to any dog at all lol

ive noticed lately in the US that less and less people are cropping dog's ears..... but tail docking still seems to be just as common as ever. personally ive never seen the point in docking at all, i think we should be more like the UK and have it all illegal

yeah and it serves absolutely no purpose other than looks, but personally i dont think it looks better.

Well personally it depends on the breed,but I'm against it anyway,though I love drawing dobes with cropped ears and docked tail and my chars are just like that. lol

In my contry both are illegal now,but there are still people who do that :/
Or that go to do that to other countries where it's not illegal :(

ah yeah, both here are still fully legal, and the general mindset for most people here is that docking is still desirable and would be "infringing on rights" if it were illegal. although like i said, i have seen less frequently the practice of cropping ears
