Tygris is a golf playing Prep who hates Shred for many reasons..the 1st being that Shred has beaten him in both Cage-Fighting and a game of 18 holes.

But he's ,almost certainly, the kinda preppy guy to flash enough cash to make any girl rethink her standards (guys are the same for anyone who shows enough leg/chest/ass depending on preferences) So I think Shred shows up, with an honest, badass gentlemen nature. (Yeah Shred, to me, is the modern gentleman hero) and the girls see a genuine good time, ditch the tiger (cause Shred is GRRRREAT!)
I'm the same way. Personality and IQ are my first priorities. If I can't hold a conversation with someone I doubt I could ever have a relationship with them. (Case in Point: My girlfriend and I started out just chatting in her mom's coffee shop. Now we talk, discuss things, and make out in no particular order.
