Another new character design for the STAR FOX SALVATION project,a character who will serve as the shadow of Fox McCloud and Wolf O'Donnell,and as well as serving as someone who has something in common with Teams Sierra Foxtrot (Star Fox),and Sierra Whiskey (Star Wolf)...someone who was also discharged for doing something he was not affiliated with,during his times in the United States Army Delta Force....

Though,despite serving 20 years in the military,and as well as for someone who has encountered with Victor Zurovich long before the Serbian war criminal had found a way to travel deep within the reaches of space (referring to the Transporting Matter Gates from Star Fox : Assault),and begun wreaking havoc throughout the galaxy,then disappearing without a trace.....the CIA,FBI,and not even his former Delta Force unit knew his full name,though they have thought nicknames to give him,describing his dark and mysterious character:
"Angel of Death"
"Shadow of an Angel"
"Shadow Op"
Each were very ominous,yet stealth-like - but regardless,John has no interest in these names....even though no one else knew his full name....
Notice his tattoo on his neck,written in latin,"Umbra Angelus",meaning "Shadow of an Angel"...

Note : You may know some video game references throughout his character,such as:
His hood and jacket,inspired by the clothing from "Assassin's Creed"
His mask with different shadowing and coloring,differing from Ghost's mask from "Modern Warfare 2"
His blown up face,similar to Garrus' incident back in "Mass Effect 2"
and his first name,John,from Shepherd from the Mass Effect series.
