A problem with portals in real life: Infinite loops would end up causing velocity to increase steadily until the air resistance matches the velocity, causing terminal velocity to be reached. At this point, the object or person in the loop would be free falling. Upon exiting such a infinite cycle would cause immense force to be applied, most likely containing enough force to pulverize every bone inside the body of a human being and all that.

BUT YEAH! :U WE HAVE THESE NIFTY BOOTS THAT CAN TAKE THE STRESS. o 3 o

Not to mention how easily they'd be able to drift outside of the portal and smash parts of their body on the edges

which would lead to a horribly gory experience

Hehe this looks awesome and I remember falling infinitely when I played Portal.
