Where will you run, when the world speaks out against you?
Its sigh, which can uproot the tallest of trees,
Turn to an outraged shout?
Its kiss, of tender lips lapping away at mountains,
Turn to a hungering tide that rises to the sky?
Its face, which in a moment twitch covers all in grey and death,
Rise to pillars of black that swallows the heavens,
To tear at the strangled earth beneath, in merciless heat?
Where can you possible run, when the days of your kin have come to an end?
When amidst the symphony of passion and uproar,
There are yet two eyes, seeking, aching to see the canvas swept clean
Conducting the final hours of the age,
Spelling the doom of all.
There will be no dominion,
Not of man,
Not of dragon.
All shall meet oblivion, this day.

Microrganisms do not require oxygen.
Automatons do not require oxygen, where heat can melt their substance or freeze their joints.
Undead do not require oxygen, but flames could reduce them to ashes, icing could freeze them in place.
Atronachs/Elementals/Spirits, if they inhabit a slight physical frame can be disturbed by one end of the temperate or the others.
Aquatic creatures do not require air, where temperate control becomes even -more- devastating under thicker atmospheres.
Gases are also utterly dominated by temperate control. With heat/chill you can command the currents of air, or at least disrupt them.
"Air is faster". Irrelevant, as there is no means of qauntifying speeds.

However, it's impossible to make an accurate judgement with our knowledge of the universe, where we exactly begin to be dominated by a star-system's cover.
