When you get to actually making the eyes I highly suggest you use buckram (its a fabric not a plastic) you can find it at a joanns (http://www.joann.com/buckram-20-wid.....hite/prd14441/)

You can paint the eyes right on there and you'll have awesome vision, and then use the white foamy to wrap or cup the eye and it should look similar to what I did with my head

Your suit head looks awesome!! I was originally planning on maybe doing a tear duct view with black mesh, but I have seen everywhere that a bunch of people use the buckram for their eyes. But I actually just bought a sheet of buckram today just to try it out! It looks a little hard to see through, but I figured it would be. I may try to make some eyes out of this as well as the foam sheets and see how it turns out. (will post pics soon) Maybe even do dual vision through the eye and the tear ducts....hmmmmm. Thanks for the advice!

Make sure you paint the whites with white paint too (it really does help!)

Interesting! I figured the view would worsen with paint added to it. Does it matter which type of paint? I mostly have the acrylic stuff from walmart and it seems a bit thick and would glob up any view space. Maybe water color?

I used acyclic ! it works fine, just while its drying pick it up and blow on it so the pain doesn't clump around the holes.

I noticed on the green and black on the eyes on mine I see Waayyyyy easier than through the white.

I wouldn't suggest water color, I feel like you wouldn't see the eye at all, or very little
