Twilight and Rarity are definitely better than Ms.Overhyped, but the competition between those two are tough. Probably Twilight since Rarity's eyes look too big.

I notice a massive lack in any of those three being Fluttershy, Tarts...

Twilight Sparkle is best pony, Luna so close of a runner-up as to be hard to distinguish, Rarity number three and just as close. Seriously, how do you choose between the hero of the story, the flawlessly elegant fashionista with a heart of gold, and a divine artist with all the emo and sweet you could ever ask for?
