well he's not an Original Character, he was originally thought up in a creepy pasta called "Tall, Thin, and Faceless". he's a demon no doubt that can only exist and appears to children. in some cases he'll appear to adult if they believe in him and are in fact terrified of him some say he can grow as tall as he want, and other say he has tentacles on his back. other people consider them as boneless arms.
thats what i put on his back. either way there's onnly one description for his face, its like skin stretch on a skull. so overall i think he'd be an epic edition to the Darkstalkers game.
