Had evil_ash not blocked me (probably for faving a ton of his work because I liked it), I would've wrote a simple comment saying Eligecos beat you hours ago to that specific idea but he just had to lie and say he did it it first when he clearly didn't.

He has done this many times before. Sure, I like his art, but he should at least just say he was inspired to draw a certain piece of art and not lie about it. I'm not saying you shouldn't fave evil_ash 's art, just don't let him get away with saying "his" ideas are "his" when it's not (depending on if the art from him was actually his idea).
