My second issue! And not all that long after the first!
You may find some of the material a little familiar. I often work up rough drafts in my FA journals, to be revised and expanded later. And sometimes after I've written something new, I post it here as a journal. (It works both ways.)
IMPORTANT -- the file will not download correctly. RIGHT click on download and choose "save link to" and the file will be saved.
Other stuff will be a little hard to figure out. It won't be held against you if you throw in the towel when things don't seem to be making sense.
Maybe I'll be able to "publish" a third issue in another couple of months.
(This is a re-upload of a revised version.)

Comment From SiriuisDF:
I rather like these selected tibbits of correspondence and the chart of Hugo fan art nominations. I believed you're tied with Jeff Jones.
I don't have much to say, but fan nominations remind me of a State or county Beauty contest. Subject to all kinds of local politics, behind the scenes maneuvering and upcoming trends pushing aside older things.
In the end, Fan nomination awards seem to have a quality not unlike the old ABC Wide-World-of-Sports title voice overs: The Thrill of Victory...and the Agony of Defeat.

Or the "Agony of Howard Cosell... "
I give the Fan Hugos about ten years before its generally realized that its a crap shoot and the winners are unknown to 90% of the voters, thus meaningless. Or they will simply be "captured: by the pros and semi-pros whose online activity vastly outnumbers the following any fan could have
