i did my own tat as well, i must have someone take a good pic of it one day to put up.. mine is from a 500b.c. mirco-aisa design from a tribe's chief's tattooing one tattoo, of an animal for each of the brave acts performed.

it is a mythological version of a ram, rearing up in play with a long tail.

I designed my own tattoo too X3 Though I'd never put my own artwork on my body..(at least not as novice as I am withthis whole drawing thing) so I'm actually trying other artists to help me out with it, haha.

But I definately like yours, you say it's simple but it has subtle details just aregular ol' butterfly tattoo doesn't have and that's really cool to see especially with the opposites black adnwhite thing going on.

And thanks, yeah originally, I didn't have it thought out to have the "ying yang" thing going on...but the artist that was tattooing me, thought it would look spiffy, so I trusted his artist intuition...and it turned out awesome!

hehe I see. I love letting the tatoo artist also take some free reign they turn out much nicely that way!

Well mine is more... a dragon-wolf cub designed after my character but non-anthro, curled up with the words "Be the change you want to see. Every smile is worth it" going around the form in acircle. It...doesn't sound like much (and sort of phaseish and silly/stupid) but it means a lot to me.

aww, did you have a specific idea in mind for your tat?

Heres the description:

Okay; This is going on my left shoulder blade. Its going to be a fairly big wolf paw print. The wolf paw print is going to be the window to my soul. Inside the paw pad, is going to be my soul, Kiyoshi, looking out. So It's like, you are looking in to the window, and the wolf is looking out at you.

The paw print is going to be black, and Kiyoshi is going to be her regular colors.

same here im working on an arm piece that has Kanji "Strength in Unity" with a Yin Yang and 2 tribal dragons....i just need to find a translator for the kanji! no luck there....meh

Ooo O.O That sounds pretty wicked Mushu! Hmmm...I dont know any good sites or anything for Kanji translating...Google, might know! XD

yeah i've looked into that and have found that to find a legit translation site you gotta shell out the cash....im hoping i can find some one here or on DA that might be able to help me.
