(I hadn’t met Rome in a game before, so I was totally surprised by how totally bored Ceasar seemed about everything. It’s hilarious. And though it hardly seems to fit Sparky’s personality, I just HAVE to run with this gag... XD)
Sparky’s Civilization was discovered by our own scouting party in thereabouts the upper middle of Africa. Shortly after his discovery, the Lunarian city of Tranquility was founded directly south of the Capital of Lunaria.
