While exploring with our newly acquired boats, the Capital of Dylan’s Civilization was discovered on the coastline not far to the right of Jag’s Capital, in thereabouts the region of what I guess would be Korea or else pretty close to it. To recap, Slade’s Capital was somewhere to the north of Dylan’s, putting them amusingly close to one another.
