And here is my most powerful Pony OC. This is Master Ixion, Duke of Cloudsdale, Minister of weather, and Blueblood's dad (And by extension the brother of Luna and Celestia). While it is the job of the Pegasi to maintain the weather, Ixion is the one in charge of its oversight and can actually move major weather phenomena on his own. While he seldom uses the ROYAL CANTERLOT VOICE, he does still carry a cold bearing. He is seldom seen outside of Cloudsdale due to how time-consuming his job of regulating the weather is, hence why he requested Princess Celestia take his place for the Best Young Flier's Competition.

However, years of maintaining the weather has taken its toll on Ixion, making him aloof and easily agitated (Perhaps one reason Blueblood is so spoiled). Part of this has to do with how his masterpieces (Thunderstorms) only cause the ponies who witness them to run for cover. This actually makes him condescending of of Luna and her issue of the ponies all being asleep while the moon is up, and Ixion gave her no sympathy.

As you may have guessed, Ixion is actually a top-tier villain, whose heart is saldy almost closed-off to friendship.. While he has a strong sense of duty, he feels that he should be in a position of more power due to how meticulous his work is, and is trying to develop ways to enhance his powers under the guise of protecting Equestria.
