The robot 'Switch' was actually inspired by a wind chime I saw on the way to work the other day. It was a metallic ball with several cylinder chimes hanging down and some kind of transparent sphere decoration above it all. Was just a mater of imagining the thing walking around on those little stilts and talking, so I scribbled it up during my lunch break.
