The date of this picture is Joshie's seventh birthday. In fact, i've even drawn the stars of the tantar night sky to match up for that exact date. It is also midseason's day, witch happens once ever season, as you guesses, right in the middle. Josh's birthday lines up with all four, seeing as one tantar year = 4IU(earth) years. This was a very special perfectly clear night, and to really understand what's going on in the pic, i need to explain a few things.

The flame in the middle Is a soul flame... not just any, but josh's mothers... When a tantar dies they leave behind no body, only a soul flame, which is said to burn as brightly as their soul during life.

His mother loved stars, so joshie planted the garden of star blossoms all around the top of the hill for her, they bloom only on clear nights when the stars are out.

As for the other glowing things, those are glow flies, life fireflies, but made of pure photon energy.

Now for the sky, you may notice the lack of tons of stars... this is because the tantar universe doesn't have many... in fact, it should have none... their universe was made for necessity, they are lucky to have any at all.

The left most constellation is Gra-Agr"e-Mor, the great liquid metal guardian, thw center constellation of four at the top is Zi'i-zar or midseason of zi'i's star. zi'i being the season of storms, an equivalent to autumn.

The star below it is a wandering star with no name, a shooting star if you will.

Below that in the very center is Z"e-deph or storm season's star.. it marks the start of the season of storms when it reaches it's peak, right now it would be setting in the sky over the next few months.

Farthest to the right is Gra-RokH"o-Mor or the great serpentine crab guardian. ((note: there are only 16 constellations , 6 lone stars, and 10 free floating stars that make up all ste stars in the tantar night sky, four of the constellations are midseason constellations, the other 12 represent the Gra-mor, or great guardian creatures. ))

Then there are the visible moons, Tek, the larger, which actually has it's own moon named loch, currently hidden behind it, and the smaller moon here is Nek... the absent moon, smallest of all is Ack.

Lastly, the strip of lighter sky is the Utor a stream of light that erupts from the great three Grisser-Garn, one of the great keepers of all ((connection with Ziz-zar and the clockwork)) , it is said to be made of pure majik and souls...

Oh, and the big fat tantar is hammy....
