This is one of the most ambitious commission pieces I've done. The same character as her inherited traits slowly transform her as she grows up. Age 5 she's totally human and happy. By age 12 it's beginning to manifest. Here I wanted to make her look a bit ashamed of the change she was going through. Any kid who's gone through puberty is confused enough, add to that some rather abnormal transformations and she's going to have issues.

At Age 18 she's angry and troubled, but also finding a sense of purpose. By adulthood she's come to terms with her true nature, and gained confidence. The animal form is just an alternate form. Nothing special there other than drawing a fuzzy fox critter.
