dartjunkie is an artist of many talents. A while back, she made some beautiful wine and scotch glasses for me, and sometime last year an opportunity came up to commission her for one of her custom softsculpts. This was during her pregnancy, I think, and shortly thereafter she had this baby, who had a chance to meet Rooth before he got packed up and shipped to me. :)

I'm in awe of this doll! The attention to detail, the sculpture of the feet and head, the seamingly seamless seams [sic], it's totally amazing. So very soft, too. And the wings, oh the wings, very easy to pose and they stay put. SO COOL. I got to show him off recently at my roommate's big artist-gathering / birthday party shindig at my place, and everyone was impressed. ^_^

Big kudos to dartjunkie for sticking with it even in the chaos that comes with having a new child in the house. Thank you SO much, D!

Oh, and the TARDIS was a cute spontaneous accessory D added to the mix. Inspired by lauragarabedian's piece of Rooth with the TARDIS and the Doctor. LOL!
