This is a small pic of the face on my OC and fursona. Some details aren't exact, since this render is my attempt to recreate my OC's likeness using Secondlife.
I originally created this character around 6 or 7 years ago (around 2005).
He's what I call a shadow-bunny and has various odd traits such as a reptile-like tail and unusual abilities. I won't bother going into too much detail here, as I'd like to eventually get a ref sheet or some drawings up.
I do however wish you could see how long his ears are from this angle. :P
As far as a name, well, he's me. - So I guess he's called whatever you'd call me. AKA FreeNode5/etc.

Disclaimer: The image mapped onto the eyes was taken from one of the classic Wingless Emoto avs. I tried drawing my own eye textures but just couldn't get it lined up quite right.

And yes, this style of face is used massively in anime and video games. Don't bother telling me what you think it looks similar too. This usually just irritates me.
