It definitely says something about a setting, when the race of merciless, bloodthirsty and brutal butchers is played for comic relief - with so much success even!
Just gotta love the Orks. They're going to be my second army I'll collect once I'm mostly done with my marines. And the stormboyz surely are crazy, even by Ork standards. And that's saying something!

Okay. I never understood the whole 40K thing. Now, apologise my short and meaningless rant, but I was playing 40K: Space Marine, I got it for 5 bucks, and... JESUS. FUCKING. CHRIST.

Have you actually played tabletop Warhammer? or just its crappy video game spinoffs?
I mean you haven't even really given any good reasons as to why it's a shitty tabletop game other than "space marines space marines douchebags". It's kind of hard to take that type of comment seriously lol
I mean some of the ultramarines have some weird looking armor that can be silly but I wouldn't hate an entire franchise because you played one of its spinoffs for 5 minutes

Oh I never assumed you'd take it seriously, lol. Personally, I don't have the patience for the tabletop games, but as soon as the characters are animated and talking, I tend to facepalm. So yes, that'd be the videogames. x3
At least the models for the tabletop look great, especially if the true appreciators put a lot of time and care into them. Gotta respect that. x3

my boyfriend has been teaching me.. i'm really bad at those kind of games so i find it confusing but if you have the manuals/codex then it helps you a lot in the beginning until you naturally remember how to do everything.
