See, if you paid due attention to it, all you’d need to do would be grow a fine moustache and you’d be a right handsome gent!
GrOw A wHaT nOw?
Oh, don’t mind me, just rambling…
I bet he really wanted to know what a moustache was too
(five fucking hours with a piece of plastic instead of a brush jumps off cliff)

mainly with oils n acrylics, I like to work thick with every type of paint really @.@ and you sorta have to with acrylic if you want to blend but yeah, haha
I use a lot of oil paints too (which is bad for conservation) but it has a really nice effect when you put layer over heavy layer, like you're almost sculpting *u*~

Oils are really fun actually! (i didn't use them until our bigger assignments because I wanted to just go with what I knew, which was acrylics BUT i ran out of paint fast so oils was more cost-effective hehe)
Oils are different from acrylics in several ways: one, they take ASSLONG to dry, haha. This makes them really easy to blend with other colours which is nice but also if you blend too much you end up muddying all the colours (this can be good or bad depending on what you want to do) and it can also be difficult to layer new paint on top without smearing. I often would just apply even thicker paint, which is one route ahah, but the other and probably better thing to do is to wait or use liquin, which is a oil-mixture thing that speeds up the drying process.
Another difference is that, because they blend well, you don't have to use as much paint (like, I still use a LOT for that thick effect but not near as much as I would with acrylics) because they are so concentrated. You will also need to buy a certain solvent to clean the brushes as water just doesn't get oils out :C I have gamsol which is pretty good but there are many other things like turpentine or linseed oil you can use too :3c
ummm I think that's all I can think of for now XD
