constructive criticism! (even though this is better than anything i could ever try to do haha)
at the beginning, she looks a bit hunched over, might wanna fix that posture to make the walk look more natural.
In terms of being natural, there are some physics kinks that need to be worked out, firstly seen in the hat flying off, somehow gaining the trajectroy back and upwards, which is strange, seeing she's moving down and right. even if you account for the air resistance wiping the cap off her head, it wouldn't be flung back and up, most likely would either get launched forwards or something.
second in physics is that scarf. Looking at it, it should probably have kept going, falling over her head or something, instead of somehow rigidly straightening back out and defying gravity by looping up and back down again.
Also, her left arm seems to go up, and out as she's tripping, then as she hits the ground, disappears suddenly to i don't know where hehu.
Also the general mechanics of tripping (at least, from what I understand) is one of your feet do something that you don't expect it, and your body keeps going, causing crap balance, ending with the fall. What the body is usually doing is moving up and forwards, not just forwards. So basically, your tripping arc isn't a hinged fall, but your body does go in a little parabolic arc-ish type thing.
Again, also another thing to consider is the footwork that happens when someone does in fact trip. Usually it's not a very passive thing, and your body will instinctively work to get balance by rapidly moving the other foot forwards and such, (also potentially adding to the arc mentioned above)
Basically, the key to animating alot of things (at least in my very inexperienced opinion) is to keep things looking natural, and not forced. Idk if this also might be helpful http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vzNiCtxtAzw which is just a 3d base for tripping that you can refer to maybe.
Still all in all, a good piece of work:3

hehe she probably looks hunched over at the start because this was studied from life and i was braceing myself before the fall XD
and yes the hat falling dose look odd. i wish i has some sort of refrence for this but unfortunatly i do not own any hats.
with the footwork this is most likely my falt with making my referance footage. since i had to fall i suppost i never thought
of tying to stop myself.
Thank you for the link but we are strongly discoraged from using other animation as referance when animating.
for two reasons one there is no grantee there animation will be a true reflection of life aswell as if eveyone animates
the same thing in the same way it get extreamly boring and you want to stand out when applying for a job
Thank you greatly for taking the time to write such a lengthy and interesting comment. i will make sure to take thease things into
account.

Ahhhhhh yes, then you run into really big problems.for the hat, maybe some mesh pants, or thin shirt (or underpants if you're feeling particularly venturous) would work well for hat simulation. Basically, at least a piece of cloth that would fall off your head.
And as for reference footage, yeah that's going to be incredibly hard, because actual tripping is hard to emulate on purpose, and when falling, it's really hard not to reflexively put your arms out to stop yourself (also a flaw in that linked reference)
so unless you have some mats, and are willing to risk hurting your face when falling...i don't really know x3
but in any case, good luck in animating future things!

hehe thanks allot. hopefully you will be able to see something cool soon have to animate a folk tail for a project.
should be finished in 4 weeks... haven't stated yet XD.
But i will upload when its done.
And i see no reason you couldn't if you would like i could give you some tips
