Well, Sajin Komamura is the biggest and slowest of the captains; his official stats have him at 288 cm (9'5") and 301 kg (662 lbs.). Throw in those flowing robes he always wears, and people start to fill in the blanks. Heck, by his official combat data:
Strength: 100
Offense: 100
Defense: 100
Intelligence: 80
Kido/Reiatsu (Magic): 50
Mobility: 40
That said, of course, he's more likely to be built like a powerlifter than a sumo. But everyone has their preferences.
(Side note: In the official Bleach databooks, we find out that his favorite food is meat. He doesn't like carrots, though; he says his father told him "carrots are not for our kind". So we know he does eat.)

I do think cap komamura is underused and I find my faves being the lazy drunk captain and the one whose always sick and on the beach they make him a sand coffin covered him in flowers and food was placed in front of him as a funnerary offering. (theyre the funny ones komamura seems like he needs comedy relief)
