FINALLY! After countless false starts, restarts, tinkerings, reworkings, and attacks of laziness lasting months at a time, issue 1 is written out. I've come to the conclusion that in order to actually get anything done, I need a period of the day where I don't have access to a working web browser, but am too close to being addicted to get rid of it myself. It didn't help any that this part was the most difficult to plot out in terms of pacing and keeping track of all the characters involved, but the upside is that now the focus can be on just a few characters at a time for future issues. Hopefully it turns out to be worth reading. :> And of course, any comments would be appreciated.
