Seen that one too many times at the sandbox, whether when I was a kid, or watching my younger brothers or my niece. Of course, my brothers are all brats, especially two of them, and they all would be the kid smacking another kid or pushing on down a slide real hard, aha!

My brothers were pretty good examples on what would make someone not want to have kids, that is how bad they were aha.
Of course, I was the big brother that threatened the kids their age that picked on them, well, the few that did, aha. So funny that one of the meanest kids in the school, my brother, cried from being teased =D But then I threw the kids's bicycle up in a tree. Then they learned to be scared when I came for my summer visits to my dad's, aha!
