It was an experience. A bit of an oddity for my resume though -- how do I wxplain all the concentrated weirdness next time I try to get a job as the art director for an orange juice brand? Or, come to think of it, the *first time* I try to get a job as an art director...
The ring was the best I could come up with that wasn't the same basilisk in a cage, or medusa's head on a spike. Nor could I think of a way the director could get her to drink a magic potion, or why he'd do it prematurely.
You'd think the ring would give you the power to transform other people, wouldn't you. Maybe it was a practical joke by a short tempered wizard.
