This is Cynthia Emerson. Or Cindy as most people call her at least. Former Special Forces sapper, airborne, air assault, and a lot other things she has done while serving in the United State's proud armed forces. I've created her in 2009, but she was kept on the backburner for a while until 2011, I decided to make a final design of the skunkette... and concluded that she is Jamie's biggest rival in the assassin business.
