I really like the lighting and shading here. The musculature is also well done, obviously, as goes without saying but is always said anyway. The perspective is also awesome, in my opinion. There's a definite sense of action in this piece. My personal preference is for the kangaroo. Am not such a fan of hulking goliaths. = P Overall, this is one of my favorite pictures. Keep it up!
P.S. Your thing for details shines through again - I like that you've given them mouth guards.

it's somewhat hard for me to choose who would win. The tiger has the advantage of being bigger and more ripped-up than the kangaroo, but the kangaroo can use his smaller size, bouncy legs and quick reflexes as an advantage to dodge opposing punches and to punch the tiger quickly and hard with again those rapid reflexes in his arms.
Very impressive with the animal boxers looking very powerful and dyamic in pose, perspective to the picture's frame, the way they fill out the frame with onlly the toes of the roo's left foot copped off, the dramatic lighting, the dramatic and powerful anatomy of the muscles on both fighters, and the aura of the thril and the excitment.
