It's been a while since my last "Occupy Buffet" Movement image, and I wanted to do something a little different to it...
So, for starters, I decided to have "Fur Affinity" newbie
Big Baroo as my latest official protester. And, for a change-of-pace, instead of having the burly bear wearing the obligatory T-shirt - with the word "Occupy", followed by the logo of a familiar buffet restaurant - I've adorned the seat of his pants with a special bumper sticker...
And, BTW, it's not the usual bumper sticker that reads "Wide Load". That 'fat furry' gag is so last century! The more appropriate message on the sticker I'd chosen was one I saw on the backs of the pick-up trucks I used to drive, when I had a job (delivering car parts) for Bennett Auto Supply...
As an added treat, I'd added Big Baroo's buddy 'Rumples Wolf' as the chef behind the buffet counter (full of various side dishes). He has an apron with an equally apropos message which the oversized ursine will take to heart, after he finishes his enormous repast!

Thanks, Garr. Mind you, it took me an hour or two to render 'Big Baroo' and 'Rumples Wolf' in pencil, followed by ink, and many hours (later on) to scan the image, and then add additional text, colors, shadows, and shading, before finally posting it on "Fur Affinity". All that, plus balancing a part-time 'minimum wage' gig, looking for another job, and performing other chores in what little spare time I have left. Ergo, I believe that this latest "Occupy Buffet" Movement illustration I'd worked on was truly "a labor of love"!
