Decided to do some flat colors of something else for a bit since I'm pretty much burned out on Pokemon :U So...
Valturez hasn't changed much in terms of colors, though I made his hooves a bit brighter for the time being. Still same old Val with just some added markings here and there, and then his lovely scar :U
I'll be revamping his history at a later date, for now... enjoy the Grand King of Hell :U
