"I need to see you"
Perhaps the most repeated sentence in the conversations between this couple. Keyre and Ebony own a couple of statues representing each other in demonic forms, succubus and incubus, that they use to talk in the distance. The statues were a gift from Keyre, who has always had a good hand to create magical devices. Ebony used it a lot to talk with her "love"... without her brothers knowledge.
Her brothers Gabriel and Lia dissaprove this relationship, a silly idea, because that makes Keyre far more interesting, and because Ebony can teleport herself easily to the arms of her tiefling.
This is a sad love story, with a sad ending: having her soul in posession of the demon mistress Nocticula, Ebony is afraid that Keyre is used against her... again... (Nocticula tried twice to force Ebony to sacrifice him). So, finally, Ebony found a fake reason to end their relationship and make it easier for the tiefling to go on with his life. She still loves him, but she won´t ever let him know.
Not the most healthy of love stories, anyway, Keyre was quite obsessed with Ebony from the beginning, and did some things that he prefers to forget, and can´t. But that´s another story, maybe to be illustrated sometime.
Keyre, the character depicted, is an NPC from our "Savage Tides" campaign, adapted to the system of Pathfinder, for D&D. He is a tiefling warlock. And his eyes are like the that: he has no pupils, it is not a light effect.
Ebony, the woman represented in both the statue and the wall behind, was my character in that campaing, a half-elf sorcerer of abyssal bloodline, specialized in Enchantment magic, and probable the most powerful enchantress alive. Gotta love her .
