Painting if Rib's head. Pretty much settled the head design.

I am not happy with this image as something feels very off/wrong.

It is a waste to scrap it imo, so I am posting it instead.

Perhaps you want to base it off of some kind of bird skull? I can sorta see from the way you draw it anyways

I was referring to the image, either is the composition/colours/values and other stuff. I did made it more bird like for the entire wyvern though.

Maybe you should texture the face more like bone? I mean it looks to be in solid pieces. Unless it's got a keratin coating

Eh LOL I sort of screwed up that part. Hahaha. I intend for it to be like a beak for the front area and then some sort of skin like texture. XD

Well there ya go. Actually and this is just a suggestion, if you'd like it to be bird-like, I recommend checking out some terror bird head images cuz they're a lot like your character
