Sometime ago 
cirrel did this little drawing of a villian call Noidonthinkso. I decided to do a version of the evil Dr or Mad scientist.
Slightly renamed "Dr. Noahdon Tinkso"
Jetta and Cassandra went under cover as cabbies to find this perp. He tended to use the taxi system to send his cronies on errands.
Jetta picked up one and dropped him off, then proceed on her own to look for the Doctor herself, unfortunently the Doc discovered her. And in her attempt to escape put her foot in it.
