just "th" actually, and a very soft sound at that. :D it's also a letter that can never be used at the start of a word. for that, "þ" is used which makes a "th" sound as well but not as soft. ^^ if you wanted to actually say out loud the letter ð, it would be "eth" while "þ" would be "thorn" with a harsh ending at the end.
