This is a piece that 
eggplantman was commissioned last year as part of a series of commissions showing females of power, mostly mares and cows, being tied up by eggplantman's character Incubus, ordered by a presently unnamed commissioner. This piece shows Helvetia, the Swiss National Heroine, struggling hard to keep from being bound by the demon Incubus, who plans to ask her several enigmatic questions.
Will she been able to get out of his bonds, so that she can kick his sorry ass? I think I know how most of you guys would answer that question.
(I don't know about you, folks, but you would think that the female supers, at least, would have been warned about this guy by now.)

That's true, but it's just that information is slow to get out to them.
(After all, who's going to believe people that a demon is binding heroines & villainesses up and asking anything from enigmatic to impossible to answer questions?)
So all I can say in assessment is that information on him is slow to come about because he's so sudden and so randomly attacks them. Giving no one anytime to prepare.
Now unless you're a such a target that he comes back to often(Zodiac Girls and not even often with them). Not too many of them will actually think about it after he leaves them following his interrogations.
Plus, no one knows what he really has on his mind.
All it does is leave this sense of "WTF JUST HAPPENED?!!" after it's sunk in. Plus that feeling of vulnerability in that heroine and/or villainess.
Yes it should be that they be all warned by now. I agree.
But let's face it. Not everybody "GETS THE MEMO".
