Oh yeah, same. Me and my sister always talk about how awesome it would be if you could crossbreed pokemon and get hybrids in the games! XD

Kind of like digimon can do. I think it would be an awesome next step in the evolutions. Give the game a HUGE new feeling while being able to relive all your old favorites!
