FurIdaho 2012 Con Badge Artwork: Coffee FurMeet
So I designed the artwork that went onto the con badges for FurIdaho 2012. The theme of the first year con was Idaho, so I thought it would be neat to integrate the local furry coffee meets into the image. I also wanted to make the characters to represent a variety of animals and lifestyles since there is a rather large variety of people that make up the fandom.
from left to right:
red wolf - average person possibly a computer geeks (geeks = love)'
orange owl griffon - preppy gal who loves a good laugh
yellow dragon - business man who loves getting to know people
green horse - gothic fellow with a punk flair, shy but loves going to meets
blue narwhal - cute little raver chick lover going out during the weekends
purple tiger - subtle hipster with a soft spot for tube tops and arm warmers
Let me know if you would like to see any more of these characters. I am thinking of making more artwork of the owl griffon and the narwhal... because they came out really cute.
