"Have you ever felt the moon is the only guardian of your secrets?...
That soft breeze touching you as a lover....
That silver gleam illuminating you... so cold yet so warm...
you know why you feel all this only by seeing something so far as the moon?... Because is always there even in the worst days... always gives light even in the deepest darkness... its silver glow is like the most cherished memories... memories... always a sweet remembrance..."
Well, I am certainly not good with words and maybe what I wrote does not have any kind of sense, but this kind of small verse came to my mind when seeing this pic... I'm feeling nostalgic and this drawing was my best way to take out what I felt ...<.< also its my first attemp to do a sea view in night and also with the moon, it was quite difficult to do the light thing on the sea but I think I managed it fairly well. Please, if you can see it from a certain distance, it sometimes looks better that if you see it closely.
It was colored with Fantasy and FAber Castell colors, and the sparks with white paint.

I'd say for your first time trying a sea view in the night, you did pretty well. If you can find some other pics of that same view and use them as references, you'll do even better with one the nest time you try a sea view. The words do touch close to heart...to me at least. I see what you're trying to bring out with your words. Maybe your writing isn't perfect, but it comes from your heart, like these did, and it makes the pic shine. Absolutely beautiful work, Milady Shana!

La luna llena, nuestra guardiana. Pues ella nos acompaña en las noches soledad y nos ilumina con su luz en aquellas noches de tristeza.
Pues para mí si ha tenido sentido (y mucho) lo que haz escrito, me ha gustado mucho en realidad. Y el dibujo es hermoso. La expresión añorante y un poco ausente hacia la luna me encantó. Una luna grande y bonita acompañada de tintineantes estrellas. Tu título los dice todo, tu remembranza, la evocación de recuerdos pasados, es lo que en ocasiones nos recuerda lo que deseamos y para qué estamos aquí.

La luna es mi guardiana y mi guía, y ver su reflejo en el mar es de profundo significado para mí.
Además la contemplación que tu personaje expresa es muy bonito ^^
Por cierto que ese toque de las cortinas moviéndose por el viento es algo que me inspiró a recordar muchas cosas. Ese viento nocturno y marino que parece llamarte y llevarse el triste pasado con él.

me alegra muchisimo ke te haya inspirado mi dibujo, es lindo ver como algunas personas de verdad sienten y recuerdan al ver algo plasmado en simple papel ... creo ke el arte es para eso... para aflorar lo ke a veces tenemos enterrado en el fondo del corazon... n__n muchisimas gracias por tu divino comentario bombon, lo agradezco mucho

The craters on the moon could perhaps be a little 'softer' to not stand out so much, and the moon usually makes an unbroken 'path' on the water, but those are rather minor details. It's still a very emotional image.
I also like the amount of detail on the bureau and the folds and movement of the curtains are amazing. :)

mmmrrrr I know they are minor details but always is good to know them n__n that way I can improve ... ;___; Im awful at backgrounds.... I will take in account your words n__n and thanks on the compliments on her expression and in the curtains X3 I love how they ended up too mmrmrr
