Ajani's wording is "Put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control. Those creatures gain vigilance until end of turn." For your card you would have to replace "creature" with "Cat creature" and "vigilance" with "reach." You didn't even say "+1/+1 counter," among other things.
It's a neat concept but easily a broken, over-powered card. But hey, this is just for fun so I guess that's fine lol
Personally I'd make her cost more to bring out ( converted mana cost of 8 or 9 ) and her first ability to be +1 instead of +2.
