Another human face. I really enjoyed working on this one.
The character Is called XCIX, I believe... And her whole story was that she was grumpy all the time cause she couldn't fly, but I didn't want to draw her grumpy, since all the art of her was grumpyfayse, so this was a nice combo-breaker.
